Services & Offerings

What services does Valynx offer?

Valynx operates on two tracks:

  • In-House SaaS: We build, operate, and scale our own AI products. Three past handoffs; four active in portfolio.
  • Client Engagements: Scoped AI engineering services, limited to two or three projects per year. We do not operate as a volume agency.

Current service offerings:

  • AI Cost & Architecture Audit; inference spend and architecture review
  • LLM Integration Sprint; production LLM integration with optimized prompting
  • Custom Python AI Agent; guardrailed, single-agent automation
  • Document Intelligence Pipeline; extraction, structuring, and RAG-ready indexing
  • AI Governance / RBAC + Slack Bot; access control and team-facing AI tooling
  • Website Design & Development; professional sites and landing pages

Pricing is quoted per engagement after discovery. View full service details.

What makes Valynx different from other agencies?

We are a product studio first, not a traditional agency:

  • Real Product Experience: Seven SaaS products built. Three transferred to clients; four remain in our active portfolio.
  • Scoped Engagements: Client work is limited, written, and priced per scope, not open-ended retainers.
  • Operators, Not Contractors: We run our own products daily. That discipline carries into every client deliverable.
  • Cost-Conscious AI: Inference efficiency, model selection, and architecture review are core to how we work.
  • Clear Handoff: Dockerized delivery. You deploy; we do not host your production systems.
Do you work with startups or only established businesses?

We work with founders, SMBs, and teams adding AI to existing products. Engagements are scoped to your stage; an audit before a build, an integration before an agent.

How many client projects do you take annually?

We limit ourselves to 2-3 highly selective client projects per year. Here's why:

  • Quality Over Quantity: We focus on delivering exceptional results rather than maximizing project volume.
  • Our Own Products: We're actively building and scaling our own SaaS platforms under the Valynx brand.
  • Strategic Alignment: We only take projects that align with our expertise and allow us to do our best work.
  • Dedicated Attention: Every client gets our full focus without resource splitting across dozens of projects.

If you're interested in working with us, we recommend reaching out early to secure a spot.

Can I acquire one of your existing SaaS products?

On occasion, a product in our portfolio may be available for transfer. This is evaluated case by case, not an active sales channel. If you are interested, contact us with your use case and we will confirm whether anything is currently available.

Past transfers include PoppyWrites, RefactorMind, and Renderly. Active portfolio includes Cortelligence AI, LearnOptima, ScopeShield, and Meeni Phraser.

Where is Valynx based and who do you serve?

Valynx is an established US-based Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in the State of Wyoming:

  • Legal Entity: US-registered LLC with full business compliance and legal protections.
  • Global Reach: We build SaaS platforms and target users worldwide, serving clients from every continent.
  • International Clients: We welcome businesses from all countries for custom development, MVP creation, and SaaS acquisitions.
  • Remote Operations: Our distributed team structure allows us to work seamlessly across time zones.
  • Local Expertise, Global Standards: US-based business practices with international market understanding.

Whether you're in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, or anywhere else, we're equipped to deliver world-class solutions with the reliability of a US-registered business entity.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

Client engagements use a standard 50% upfront / 50% on delivery split. Payment method is flexible; wire transfer, invoice (including Paddle), or another method we can both use. The split itself is not negotiable.

Every project begins with a written scope of work. Anything outside that scope is quoted as a separate change order before work begins.

What are your pricing structures?

We quote each engagement after a discovery conversation. No public rate card; scope, complexity, and timeline determine the price.

Typical starting points: AI cost audits, LLM integration sprints, custom agents, document pipelines, governance builds, and website projects. Contact us to discuss your specific need.

Do you require payment upfront?

We use a 50% upfront, 50% on delivery payment structure:

  • Initial 50%: Secures your project slot, covers development setup, and demonstrates mutual commitment.
  • Final 50%: Due upon project completion and your approval of deliverables.
  • Milestone Payments: For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments tied to specific deliverables.

This structure protects both parties and ensures everyone is invested in the project's success.

What's included in the project cost?

Our project cost covers everything needed for a complete solution:

  • Full Development: All coding, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Design Assets: UI/UX design, branding elements, and visual assets.
  • Complete Documentation: Setup guides, API docs, and user manuals.
  • Deployment Package: Ready-to-deploy code with configuration.
  • Training Session: 1-hour walkthrough of your new system.
  • 7-Day Post-Launch Support: Bug fixes and minor adjustments included.

No hidden fees, no surprise charges. What's quoted is what you pay.

Process & Timeline

How long does it take to complete a project?

Timelines depend on the engagement type and are defined in your SOW:

  • AI Cost & Architecture Audit: Typically one to two weeks.
  • LLM Integration Sprint: Typically two to three weeks.
  • Custom Agent / Document Pipeline / Governance: Scoped per project; quoted after discovery.
  • Website Projects: Scoped based on pages, design, and integrations.

Progress updates are async by default (written check-ins, Loom walkthroughs). Sync calls when useful.

What does your development process look like?

We follow a Build → Validate → Scale → Decide framework on our own products:

  • Discovery: Requirements, users, and business goals.
  • Planning: Architecture, tech stack, and feature prioritization.
  • Development: Iterative builds with written progress updates.
  • Testing: QA, performance checks, and deployment prep.
  • Delivery: Dockerized handoff; you own deployment.

Client work follows the same discipline: scoped SOW, async updates, sandbox data only during development, and no production credential access on our side.

How involved do I need to be during development?

We balance hands-off efficiency with meaningful involvement:

  • Minimal Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week for feedback and approvals.
  • Weekly Check-ins: 30-minute calls to review progress and answer questions.
  • Async Updates: Daily written updates via email or Slack (your choice).
  • Milestone Reviews: Key approval points for major features and design decisions.

We handle the heavy lifting. You provide direction and feedback. No micromanagement required.

What do you deliver upon project completion?

You receive a complete turnkey package:

  • Full Source Code: Complete access to all code repositories (GitHub/GitLab).
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Setup guides, API documentation, architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Deployment Package: Ready-to-deploy files with complete configuration and environment setup.
  • Design Files: All UI/UX design assets, brand elements, and visual resources.
  • Admin Access: Login credentials to all platforms, dashboards, and tools.
  • Training Session: 1-hour live walkthrough covering system operation and maintenance.
  • Video Tutorials: Recorded guides for common tasks and troubleshooting.

Everything you need to operate, maintain, and scale independently.

What if I need changes after the project is delivered?

We provide 7 days of post-launch support included with every project:

  • Bug Fixes: Any issues found within 7 days are fixed at no additional cost.
  • Minor Adjustments: Small tweaks to copy, styling, or configuration.
  • Technical Support: Help with deployment, hosting, and setup questions.

After the 7-day window, we offer maintenance packages or hourly rates for additional work.

Technical Details

What technologies do you use?

We use modern, proven technologies chosen for scalability and maintainability:

  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JavaScript, React (when needed for complex UIs).
  • Backend: Python Flask with CORS handling for API development.
  • AI/ML: OpenRouter API, Claude API, GPT-4, custom fine-tuned models.
  • Databases: Firebase Firestore (real-time), PostgreSQL (relational), MongoDB (document-based).
  • Hosting: Vercel (frontend), Render (backend), Netlify (static sites).
  • Version Control: Git with GitHub for code management and collaboration.

Technology choices are always based on your specific requirements, not our preferences.

Do you provide hosting, or do I need my own?

We provide full deployment setup, but hosting is your responsibility:

  • Deployment Assistance: We deploy your project to your hosting account during handoff.
  • Hosting Recommendations: We recommend Vercel, Render, or Netlify based on your project.
  • Cost Estimates: Most projects run on free tiers or affordable hosting.
  • Setup Documentation: Step-by-step guides for hosting setup and domain connection.

You own the hosting account, which gives you full control over your infrastructure.

How do you ensure the security of my project?

Security is integrated into every layer of our development process:

  • Secure Code Practices: Input validation, SQL injection prevention, XSS protection.
  • Data Encryption: Encryption at rest and in transit using industry standards.
  • Authentication: Secure user authentication with bcrypt password hashing.
  • API Security: Rate limiting, token-based auth, and input sanitization.
  • Environment Variables: Sensitive credentials never hardcoded in source code.
  • Security Audits: Regular vulnerability scanning and code reviews.

We also sign NDAs and maintain strict confidentiality for all client work.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes, absolutely. Every project we deliver is fully responsive:

  • Mobile-First Design: We design for mobile screens first, then scale up.
  • Cross-Device Testing: Tested on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop screens.
  • Performance Optimized: Fast load times even on slow mobile connections.
  • Touch-Friendly: Buttons, forms, and navigation optimized for touch interactions.

Over 60% of web traffic is mobile. We never skip responsive design.

Can you integrate with third-party services?

Yes, within the scope of your engagement:

  • AI APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and custom models.
  • Data & Storage: PostgreSQL, Firebase, vector databases for RAG.
  • Communication: Slack bots, webhooks, email triggers.
  • Business Tools: CRM, analytics, and payment APIs where scoped.

Integrations outside the SOW are quoted as change orders.
